At Kennedy Performance, we have a great deal invested into machinery and equipment that allows us to do high-value and quality work. Here are some machines that we use regularly.

Many say that the Multi-Bal 5500 from CWT Industries is hands down the best crankshaft balancer in the industry, and we couldn’t agree more. Its precision is unmatched by any other. We’re proud to be one of the few to have one at our disposal.

Sunnen SV-15

The cylinder hone we utilize is the SV-15 made by Sunnen, the leader in the automotive machine honing industry. This hone has many premium features we use often, such as auto-dwell for cylinder wall taper correction, and is a critical part of our operation building custom engines.

The COMEC RP1400 CNC, featuring laser scanning and measuring, is our resurfacing machine of choice. Capable of milling both cast iron and aluminum with a resolution of 0.0004″, it easily handles all of our head and block resurfacing needs with ease.

Pictured below is a Rolls-Royce Inline Eight cylinder head being resurfaced. If this CNC mill can handle this, it can do just about anything.
